Nate is currently a reporter for KJZZ, which is Phoenix, Arizona’s NPR member station. He’s passionate about technology, science, climate change, and stories that make a difference.

He was also a 2024 Carnegie-Knight News21 fellow - he covered artificial intelligence and its effects on the 2024 election and the state of American democracy.

Nate graduated from Arizona State University’s Walter Cronkite School of Journalism & Mass Communication with a bachelor’s degree in 2024.

Outside of work, Nate enjoys photography and playing ice hockey.
